• Cancellations & Rescheduling

  I understand that life happens, but as a small business, last-minute changes make it difficult to fill your reserved time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee, as this time has been set aside especially for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full treatment cost.
