For new clients, or those I haven’t seen in over 12 months, I start with an in-depth skin consultation, during which I will discuss your skin goals and devise a customised treatment plan to achieve them. Please select NEW client treatment when booking as this allows an extra 15 minutes to go through your skin needs.

At The Skin and Soul Spa, I value your time and aim to provide the highest level of service. To ensure all clients receive the best experience, I kindly ask that you adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges. However, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee.

  • Rescheduling: I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full treatment cost.
