Faulty Product
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@theskinandsoulspa.com.au to arrange for a replacement or a refund. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Online Promotions
For promotional products, sets, or packs purchased online, the same "Change of Mind" policy applies. Unopened promotional items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Opened or used promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
